GLIP 2010

The 2010 Great Lakes Institute of Photography (GLIP) is already halfway over… and things are going great! For the first half of the week, I helped out with Andrew Jenkins and Jackie Palmer’s class — which the students really enjoyed. Today and tomorrow, I’ll be sitting in on Mark Allen’s advanced lighting class.

All the students have been learning a lot, and it’s great to see people getting more comfortable with lighting techniques that were previously outside their comfort range.

If you are looking for continuing education opportunities, you should really consider attending GLIP (or another PPA affiliate school) — you’ll receive merits for attending class, and ample opportunity to ask your instructor questions that will help you grow as a photographer.
