If you’re looking for a good reference with sample contracts for every occassion, this book will make you happy (especially when you find out there’s a CD containing PDFs and Word files of each form/contract!).
When I was first developing my contracts, this book was a huge help. It contains 31 different forms, for weddings, portraits, commercial work, copyright release, you name it, it’s probably there!
Although I’ve since modified my contracts, I’m still glad to have this book — who knows, I may start getting into commercial work and when/if that happens, I know I’ll be glad to have sample forms for licensing my work.
